Can I make changes to my order?Updated 5 months ago
Order modifications and cancellations can be made within a 60 minute window from the time the order was placed.
Changes can be made using the "Edit or Cancel" link in the at the bottom of the order confirmation email. If you have a Harper Wilde Rewards Account, you can also edit or cancel eligible orders by logging in and navigating to the Orders menu.
If the 60 minute window has passed, don't worry. We offer free and easy exchanges on all U.S. orders. Just visit our returns portal once your order has arrived to submit your request.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email for your order, please check your spam or junk folder, as well as any other email accounts you might use. Sometimes, emails can be auto-filled incorrectly or routed to an unexpected folder.
