Order modifications and cancellations can be made within a 60 minute window from the time the order was placed.
Changes to your order can be made in your Rewards account by visiting your order history menu. You’ll also find a direct link to access it at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
If the 60 minute window has passed, don't worry. We offer free and easy exchanges on all U.S. orders. Just visit our returns portal once your order has arrived to submit your request.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email for your order, please check your spam or junk folder, as well as any other email accounts you might use. Sometimes, emails can be auto-filled incorrectly or routed to an unexpected folder.
