Can I ship multiple return requests together in one package?Updated 8 months ago

All items that are processed separately in the returns portal must be shipped in separate boxes using the unique pre-paid label that was generated for each return request. 

If you send items from separate requests in one package, your refund or exchange will only be for the item(s) that are connected to that particular label. Our receiving team is not able to make any adjustments for extra items or labels contained inside the package.
