• Operating Days: Monday to Friday
• Operating Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST
• Closed: Saturday and Sunday

Note: If you reach out to us after business hours, we’ll respond to your inquiry on the next business day.

We observe the following major holidays, during which our customer support and warehouse will be closed (asterisk / warehouse open):

Note: On these holidays, our team will not be available to assist you, and no orders will be processed or shipped. We will resume normal operations on the following business day.

Timing and Responses During Holidays:

• Customer Support: If you contact us on a holiday or outside of our regular support hours, we will resume support on the next business day.
• Order Processing: Orders placed on a holiday or the day before will be processed and shipped once our warehouse reopens.
