How do I redeem my reward points?Updated 3 months ago

Once you reach the qualifying points, there will be a dropdown menu option on the first page of checkout for you to click and apply your credit towards your purchase. Rewards points, tier awards, and discount codes cannot be applied toward the same order.

Please note that you must use the same email account when making purchases to ensure all points earned are under the same account as we are unable to merge email accounts. 


Points can be redeemed in the following increments:

50 POINTS = $5

100 POINTS = $10

200 POINTS = $20

300 POINTS = $30

400 POINTS = $40

450 POINTS = $45


Steps to redeem your points at checkout:

Step 01: Log in to your Harper Wilde account and once you are at the checkout page, make sure that you are not connected to the "ShopPay" system. To disconnect from ShopPay, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "check out as guest". Continue to close out any pop-ups that will revert you into Shop Pay.

Step 02: You will see your accumulated points on the right hand side and a drop down bar to select your redemption value!


If you're experiencing issues redeeming your points at checkout:

Please be sure that you're logged in to your Harper Wilde account prior to heading to checkout, the points redemption section won't show unless you're logged in.

Unfortunately ShopPay does not allow the points section to display as intended. You will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and select "check out as guest." From there, the page will will refresh and on the right side you'll see your accumulated points and the drop down menu for point redemption.

Additionally, clearing the cache for the browser is often helpful to allow the checkout page to properly display the redemption menu, so we recommend trying that as well!

**Firefox browser users: If you've followed the steps above and the redemption menu is still not showing, you'll want to navigate back to the "information" stage of checkout. From that page, in the Contact Information section you should see a line of text that says "Already have an account? Log in" right above where your email address is displayed in that section. Click on the text that says "Log in", and enter your login information again. From there, you should be redirected back to checkout, and the rewards redemption menu should now be displayed!

Redeeming Tier Awards:

You will receive your tier award email 7-10 days after moving into the next tier (Group Chat, Inner Circle). You can redeem your award by entering the unique discount code (provided in the email you received regarding your new tier status) at checkout on your next order of over $1. 

Tier awards cannot be stacked on an order that already has a discount code applied or points being redeemed.
