How long does it take to process a return?Updated 4 months ago

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 1 business day. For returns made outside of the 90-day return window, refunds will be issued as store credit within the same timeframe. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If the refund doesn’t appear after this period, feel free to contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

If you choose store credit through our Returns Portal and later process a return for a refund on an order paid with store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit—not back to your credit card or other payment methods.

To ensure a smooth returns process:

  • Submit your return request through our Returns Portal and use the prepaid return label provided.
  • Include all items in a single return request, as the label will only cover items from that specific return.
  • For multiple returns under the same order, make sure each return is sent with its corresponding label.

For exchanges, you can shop for your new item right away in the Returns Portal. Your replacement item will be shipped as soon as we receive your return.
