I have points, but can't log into my account.Updated 8 months ago

Be sure that you have created an official Harper Wilde Account-- placing an order with us does not automatically create an account on your behalf. We keep track of earned points under the email associated with the order, even before an account is set up, so that those rewards will be ready to be redeemed when the account is created. Please be sure you use one email account for all orders, as our rewards platform does not allow to merge multiple email accounts. 

Click here to register and once you have set up your account, you'll see your detailed account information including your accumulated point value.

If you experience any technical difficulties, we recommend clearing your browser's cache/cookies, and then loading the page again. It also helps if you try a different browser or device. If the error continues, please reach out to [email protected] with screenshots showing the error you're experiencing along with details on what web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc) and device type (iPhone, Android phone, Mac laptop, etc) you're using.
