We here at Harper Wilde do not have access or insight into other platforms/games internal systems, so we are unable to directly assist in regards to rewards/points offered by those platforms. This includes, but is not limited to: TapJoy diamonds, Design Home diamonds, Evermerge rubies, Sims Freeplay points, etc.

We send order information over to the platform partner for qualifying orders, and they are solely responsible for issuing points.

We suggest reaching out to the platform/game directly associated to the points you want to redeem, as they will be able to provide assistance and help ensure points are issued for qualifying purchases.

If you haven't received your order confirmation email from us, let us know. We're happy to send it to you so you can share it with the platform to redeem your points.
