Here are a few easy steps to follow:

• Step 01. Pull those old bras out of your bra drawer (all bras and underwear are accepted, regardless of brand or condition)
• Step 02. Put up to 6 bras and 12 underwear in your recycling bag provided in your Recycling Kit to send in your items.
• Step 03. Use your Harper Wilde Order Number to request your prepaid label here
  • *Please note: The shipping label provided cannot be used for Harper Wilde returns or exchanges. Any bras shipped using this label will be recycled, and are ineligible for any refunds or exchanges. You will receive unique shipping label(s) attached to your email, see below image for reference. Have you not received them? If so, would you mind sharing a screen shot of the email you received? This information and the screenshots will be super helpful to share with our web team, so that they can look further into what may be causing the issue.
• Step 04. Drop the package off at your local USPS to be shipped our way and our Harper Wilde team will take care of the rest.

Currently our Recycling Portal will only provide labels for US customers, though we hope to expand in the future!
