Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take 5-10 business days. **Please note- that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing timesOnce an order is shipped we can not cancel or make any modifications to the order.

Standard Shipping via DHL / USPS

  • Cost: Free on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts and before tax), $5.95 for all other purchases.
  • Tracking: Please allow 3-5 business days to show movement on tracking.
  • Delivery Time: Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding U.S. holidays) after it has shipped. Saturday is not included as a business day.
  • Note: Mail carriers may experience delays during holidays, and it can take the full 10 business days for delivery.

Priority Shipping via USPS

  • Cost: $8.95
  • Delivery Time: Arrives within 3-5 business days (excluding U.S. holidays) after your order has shipped. Saturday is not included as a business day.

Expedited Shipping via UPS

  • Cost: $29.95
  • Delivery Time: Arrives within 2-3 business days (excluding U.S. holidays) after your order has shipped. Saturday is not included as a business day.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please allow 3 business days for it to arrive. Sometimes packages are prematurely marked as delivered, and they may show up a few days later. If you haven't received it after 3 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Tracking Shows No Movement
If your tracking shows no movement but it is still within the delivery window, we kindly ask that you allow the full delivery window before reaching out. If the package is still not delivered past this window, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Return to Sender
If tracking shows your order has been returned to us, please contact us at [email protected] and verify your shipping address for further assistance.

Return Shipping
Returns and exchanges are always free on all U.S. orders for unworn and unwashed items. We provide a prepaid label through our Returns Portal. Our Returns Portal will also provide the option for a QR code to be generated, as long as there is a USPS location near you that participates. USPS requires that the QR code be generated on the same day that the return/exchange request is submitted.**Please note** that all exchanges are shipped via Standard Shipping and cannot be modified or expedited.
