Tier Status
Tier Status is determined by purchases made on a rolling 12 month basis, starting when that tier is reached. Therefore, points earned within that year will dictate your tier status.
Example: Spend $150 to reach and/or maintain Group Chat tier status. Spend $350 to reach and/or maintain Inner Circle tier status.
Point Expiration
Rewards points will expire one year after they are issued, regardless of account activity. You'll receive an automated reminder email one month before your points are set to expire, so be sure to use them before they’re gone!
