US Returns Policy

All Products: We have extended our return policy to 90 days from date of fulfillment. 

Bra Policy: Bras must be unworn (try-ons are fine, of course), unwashed, and unaltered with the tags still attached. 

Underwear Policy: Your first pair of underwear in each style can be tried on and returned for a full refund or store credit within 90 days of fulfillment, even if the packaging is opened. After your first pair in each style, any underwear must be in its original, unopened packaging in order for you to receive a refund.

Bodysuit Policy: Bodysuits must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the tags still attached. Try-ons are fine, of course, but we ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your bodysuit. We cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear.

Gift returns will only be returnable for store credit. The gift giver will not be notified of your return.

Gift cards are nonrefundable.

Sale purchases: Any items purchased during the sale that were marked down without a discount code needed can be exchanged for a different size for that same price or returned for a full refund, unless final sale is listed. Exchanges for different styles or colors will result in an up-charge if the price has increased since date of sale.

Facebook/Instagram purchases: If you are placing an exchange for an item(s) that is less than the original value of your return, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit. You'll receive a gift card in the email listed in your order information.


Returns Process Policy

Visit our Returns Portal to exchange or receive a refund (minus any shipping fees on the original order) and from there print out a pre-paid label. Once your return label has been created, you will have 7 days to return your item to USPS before the return label expires. Once your return label has expired, your request for a refund/exchange will no longer be valid. If your return label has expired before you’ve had a chance to complete your return, please reach out to [email protected].

Military addresses: If your order was originally shipped to an APO/DPO/FPO address, please reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can further assist you with the returns process.
