General Policy
Return Window: You have 90 days from the date your order is fulfilled to return any item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. If you used store credit or a gift card for your purchase, please note that the refund will be returned to that same form of payment. If your order was placed through Amazon, please note that returns must be processed directly with them, as their system operates separately from ours.
Bras: Must be unworn (try-ons are fine), unwashed, and unaltered. Must have tags still attached.
Underwear: You can return the first pair of each style, even if the packaging is opened, for a full refund or store credit within 90 days. Any other underwear must be in its original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.
Bodysuits: Must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please wear underwear when trying on. We cannot accept returns with signs of wear.
Gifts: Gifts can be returned for store credit only. The gift giver will not be notified of the return.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Sale Purchases
- Exchange: Items marked down during a sale can be exchanged for a different size at the same price or returned for a full refund, unless marked as final sale.
- Price Adjustments: Exchanges for different styles or colors may incur an additional charge if the price has increased since the sale. If you need to exchange a nude tone for a better match to your skin tone, please email us at [email protected].
Facebook/Instagram Purchases
- Refunds: If your return is for an item of lesser value than the original purchase, the refund will be issued as store credit. You will receive a gift card via email.
Returns Process
Initiate a Return: Visit our Returns Portal to start your return or exchange. We kindly ask that customers generate return labels through our Returns Portal, as we do not have the capability to mail them out directly. Once you submit your request, a return label will be generated and sent to the email address provided on your order. You will not be able to access the return label in the returns portal after a request has been made. Please refer to the return label sent to your email address.
QR Code Option: If your local USPS participates in the QR code program, you will have the option to generate a QR code on the same day you submit your return/exchange request through the Returns Portal. After this first day, USPS will only accept the return shipping label, and the QR code option will no longer be available.
Label Expiration: The return label will expire after 7 days. If you are still within the 90-day return window, you can request a new return label through our Returns Portal if needed.
Shipping Fees: Refunds are processed minus any shipping fees from the original order.All exchange orders are shipped via standard shipping (5-10 business days) and cannot be modified. If you need your new item sooner, we recommend placing a new order with your preferred expedited shipping option.
Military Addresses
- APO/DPO/FPO Orders: If your order was shipped to a military address, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance with the return process.
